Different states of Hemoglobin. To Identify them, you will need a spectroscope (teropong ajaib) which will give different colour reflects that will determine the diagnoses. By their physical colour : from left on the rack : bluish red-reduced Hb., Two reddish red - either Heamochromogen or Oxyheamoglobin, two brownish red- either Metheamoglobin or alkaline-oxyheamatin.
One goes away while Bulk is coming..

*2nd picture : this is what we call salmon pink. We obtain it in complete neutralization of free acidity in gastric HCl. Topfer Reagent was used to obtain this colour. < my first spot question.
