setelah sekian lama kutunggu saat ini (sejak mulanya sessi 07/08)akhirnya imtihan menghembuskan nafasnya yang terakhir sem ini. Ia dan rakan2 bakal dihidupkan semula sem depan, insyaAllah.
so, this post seems to be not-knowledgable-writing. So, if you are a hard thinker, by avoiding reading this post, is such a wise action.
I just wanna tell you guys how was my day, today. Quite bad i think. okey2, stop mumbling.
kita mulakan dengan subuh.
Selepas subuh, i made a glance on my cell's screen. Huah, 3 messages. Kakna, evoiz n ape st lg tak ingat.
So, i read one by one n i note that ade yg sampai tgh malam, ade yg smpai pg, n ade yg sampai baru je. Ok, the most interesting one, from kakna, die kate ade tren accident. Yea, train accident.Al insidom bita3 itor.ble tanye cmne tau, die kate die dtg rombongan ngan skolah ke Mesir?Huah? lg ku tak percaya!
Dah suh kak Iba kutey2, kot2 tgh mimpi ke hape, tp mmg betul, kakna Said that she's in cairo. Oi, tetibe je, ade jugak yg nk kne tumbuk pagi2 ni.
Ok2, calm down, ade oral patho pg ni, so, terpaksa relaxkan otak, n baca buku patho as preparation nk jwb oral pkul 9 nanti.aduh. Smlm tak bace buat pe?hehe. Gs what?
then, g jwb oral n I'm the lucky number first,though. unbelievable. Haha, da lame tunggu saat jadi oral org first nih. Meyya Setta we Tis3iin!! yalla besur3a!haha,best xm kali ni nmpak gayanya.

Dr A : what is the tumor of salivary gland?
Me : Uh..uh, ya, adenolymphoma n pleomorphic adenoma.
Dr A : Tell me which tumor commonly affect parotid gland.
Me :Uh..pleomorphic..yea, pleomorphic adenoma.
Dr : Uhuh, it ca recur after operation on removing it or not?
Me : Yea.
Dr A :why?
Me : uh..because...we cant 100%ly remove the tumor.(haha, cm nk gelak jwpn ni) as we all know that parotid gland contain many essential structures inside it;vessels, nerves..um..
Dr A :not nodding or any facial expression. but is it capsulated?
Me : uhm, yes, it is capsulated.(rs nk tampar je pipi sndri sape suh tak bc buku betul2)
Dr A :well, you know, usually, benign tumor are well encapsulated, but..
Me :yea, exception for this, it is not capsulated so, the tendency to recur are there.Haha (senyum sampai ke telinga)
Dr A :ok, you can proceed to my collegue.(after answering about Barret Oesophagus)
Dr B :ok Nour,do we classify Bilharzial Hepatic Fibrosis as Cirrhosis?
Me : Nope.
Dr B: Why?
Me: It is not affecting the hepatic parenchyma.
Dr B: What is Cirrhosis then?
Me : Cirrosis is blah blah blah.. till the end but missing the last point: loss of architecture of normal liver parenchyma.then she asked me bout Cirrhotic liver's complication-Then i gave her :portal hypertension, failure n hepatocellular carcinoma.

N/B-cirrosis is the end stage of liver disease characterised by profuse injury, healing nodules n loss of normal architecture of the liver parenchyma-tade rupe dah liver tu mcm yg asal.
Tamat je xm, balik umah n plan pg mansyiah cari barang nk wak balik msia n i got 3 jerseys Abu Treka utk adik2, n abang yg gemuk, tapi, need to change lg skali la, sbb rasenye dorang tak muat utk pakai. n i bought 1 new bag utk balik msia, smart, mcm pilot pnye bag.hehe
---------mansyiah dan jersey abu treka. Yang paling tak tahan tym beli jersey, ku tanya ade ke kaler lain pnye utk abu treka. Pak arab tu geleng pale. Takpe, aku bukan peminat bola. So aku tak tau la.then aku tnye lg, ade tak badge die besar sket-huh, badge pnye saiz universal la.bukan ske hati org letak kecik ke besar.haha
so then, aku balik umah makan buah tin sekilo 5 genih kecik-kecik. tapi manis.
dpt msg dr mama yg cakap kakna TIPU. dia ada slamat kat msia cuma dia ulang perangai kecik-kecik dia yg suka muhong kuat!
adeh.dah la bising kat satu kelas yg dia dtg mesir. dlm teksi on d way balik, ku da tekad yg kalau dia tipu, aku akan letak the ugliest face of her kat sini. haha. baru padan muka. Pnya la smngat -ingatkan da takyah beli brg utk dia dah. adeh, kena beli jugak la nampak gayanya ni.
